Shipping & Returns 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

When your order begins its journey to you, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders ship between 1-3 business days of the order date. Transit time averages 2-6 days (to the continental United States; other areas may take longer). Orders are typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, or for some larger orders, UPS. If you are interested in Express shipping, please contact us for a quote.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, at this time Anoush ships to the United States only.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return. Please write to us and let us know about your issue at info@anoushoils.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, or it may not be eligible for refund. You will also need the order number from your receipt.

We cannot accept returns received more than 30 days after the original order date. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To start a return, please contact us at info@anoushoils.com

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend packaging fragile items carefully and using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when the return process is complete.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
